This competition provides an exciting platform for young professionals to shine and make a significant impact. Participants can choose topics such as ITIN lending, AI applications, HR policies, community engagement plans or other innovative ideas. Each credit union can have one representative, selected through internal competitions if desired. Presentations will be no longer than 7 minutes and must include a PowerPoint. Chapter-level competitions can be held in person or virtually, with judges selected by the chapters.
