Leadership Coaching Development Program

Back by popular demand! Join us for a practical leadership coaching experience designed to strengthen performance conversations, build confidence, and apply coaching techniques with your team.

This in-person event is for all interested credit union professionals including executives, managers, board and committee members, and interested staff. 

Choose one day, or attend both days for the full coaching experience.

If you attended Coaching for Performance in 2025, Day 2 provides advanced techniques to help you continue building your coaching skills. Watch this video for more details!

 Day 1: Coaching for Performance,  September 29, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Day 2: Advanced Coaching,  September 30, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
